Refund & Cancellation Policy
Transparent and fair cancellation & refund rules.
1. Cancellation by Customer
- 10+ days before travel → 70% refund
- 5–10 days before travel → 50% refund
- Less than 3 days → No refund
2. No Show Policy
No refund will be provided if the customer does not show up on travel date.
3. Cancellation by Company
If tour is cancelled by us due to unavoidable reasons, full refund will be provided.
4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Last-minute bookings
- Special darshan tickets
- Hotel bookings once confirmed
6. Payment Gateway Charges
Payment gateway charges may be deducted from refund amount.
